Refunds
If you are unhappy with your order please notify us immediately with your concerns. We offer a refund on all our products within reason. If your receive your order damaged, to receive a refund for any order we require photo evidence. Once the photos are assessed we will notify via email or phone to start the refund process.  *Please note we take care in all of our products when packing orders, we take photos of all our products before they are picked up , shipped out or delivered to our customers for our records* If your order is damaged through transit , please notify us immediately , so we can remake your order at no charge and we will drop off your order personally. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
