Our Ingredients

We take care in making and baking our goodies! We clean our bowls, utensils, cake pans and slice trays before every order using water and bleach method. Although we cannot guarantee there is no traces of gluten present, please be mindful of this if you or someone you know are coeliac, this also goes for nut & soy allergies. Please be mindful our cupcake mixes contain almond milk (tree nuts) and our rocky road contains soy.

We use gluten free flour in all our baking. Here is a list of our baking mixes, buttercreams/frostings and other ingredients we use:

Normal Cookie Mix - gluten free flour: sweet rice flour, wholegrain brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, eggs, salted butter, vanilla essence and caster sugar. CONTAINS EGG , DAIRY & VANILLA

Dairy Free Cookie Mix- gluten free flour: sweet rice flour, wholegrain brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, eggs, dairy free nuttelex butter, vanilla essence and caster sugar. CONTAINS EGG & VANILLA

Vegan Cookie Mix- gluten free flour: sweet rice flour, wholegrain brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, egg replacement powder, dairy free nuttelex butter, vanilla essence and caster sugar. CONTAINS VANILLA

Vanilla Cupcake Mix: gluten free flour: tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch salt, sugar, vegetable emulsifiers, raising agent, vanilla flavour, egg, dairy free milk (almond) and vegetable oil. CONTAINS EGG & TREE NUTS.

Chocolate Cupcake Mix- gluten free flour: tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, salt, sugar, vegetable emulsifiers, raising agent, chocolate flavour, cocoa powder, egg, dairy free milk (almond) and vegetable oil. CONTAINS EGG & TREE NUTS.  

Vegan Cupcake Mix- gluten free flour: tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, salt, sugar, vegetable emulsifiers, raising agent, vanilla flavour, egg replacement powder, dairy free milk (almond) and vegetable oil. CONTAINS TREE NUTS. COMES IN VANILLA FLAVOUR ONLY. 

Vegan Rocky Road- GF scotch finger biscuits (made with soy flour), GF DF & V raspberry jelly domes, GF DF & V marshmallows, GF rice bubbles, Sweet Williams GF DF & V mylk chocolate buttons. CONTAINS SOY.

YoYo Mix- gluten free flour: sweet rice flour, wholegrain brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, icing sugar, salted butter and GF, DF, SF & V custard powder. CONTAINS: DAIRY

Dairy Free & Vegan YoYo Mix- gluten free flour: sweet rice flour, wholegrain brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, icing sugar, nuttelex butter and GF, DF, SF & V custard powder.

GF, DF & V Buttercream/Frosting- vegetable oil and fats, emulsifiers, soybean, sugar, corn syrup and salt. CONTAINS SOY.

Brownie Mix- gluten free flour: sweet rice flour, wholegrain brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, egg, cocoa powder, cornstarch, vanilla flavour powder, GF baking powder, salt, sugar, salted butter and water. CONTAINS: DAIRY & EGG.
